An insect or a nanobot?

I saw this on the wall today. It just stayed there watching me for an hour before it bimbled off. It may have been an insect or one of those clever surveillance thingys watching to see what passwords I typed in.

Whatever happened to Skippy the bush kangeroo. Use to be on the television all the time but now you never see her anymore. She must be knocking on a bit now!
